More Doodlings
I picked out these two to finish up. Character studies??

Doodlings
I used pen and ink to finish off some doodlings from a lecture I attended. Not sure why birds - must have been something someone said. They must have been very much on my mind because I ended up with several pages decorated with bird heads.

Electrobot
I've been divesting our house of the accumulations of some 20 years. Yesterday I tossed a pile of stuff from the basement 'workshop' (there hasn't been room to toss a mouse for many moons, never mind 'work'). This 'bot was created from various parts now sitting at the kerb waiting for someone else to take them home as treasure: the wheels from a busted chair, Electrolux cannister, duct pieces, an old arial, keypad from a defunct calculator, etc, etc. A sum greater that the whole of its parts. For whatever reason, robots are a bit on the brain at the moment. Since Fall Cartooning classes are imminent, maybe that's what we'll do for one of the projects. Who doesn't like robots - 'specially cute ones.

Selected Poems
This is the first of a series of 'Selected Poems'...and only. But the Juror for the Juried show I entered it in, must have liked the name because this piece was chosen over (what I thought was) the better one. Stay tuned for more...but don't hold your breath!

Beastie
This was my daughter's Birthday Card. Paper sculpture made from Rorschach-type Acrylic sploshes on heavy paper. Way fun.
Fun at the Park
This was a colouring page for a fundraiser at Bloordale Park. Neilson Park Creative Centre had a table to promote the Centre's Children's Art Programs.
